Annual Cross Over Camp Fire
Our annual cross-over camp fire. Scouts will cross over to their new rank and receive their new Scout book and neckerchief. Bring a blanket or chair and water.
All Scouts are encouraged to attend and cross over to their new rank. Check your email for the time and location.
Fall Family Camp Out
Our Fall Family Camp Out is fun and perfect time of year for great camping weather. Remember that every rank now requires at least one night of camping to advance. Check your email for all the details. Email Dallas Cecil if you have any questions.
Annual Soda Pop Bottle Rocket Launch
Our annual soda pop bottle rocket launch is held in the summer time (we scout year round). All you need is TWO soda pop bottles (any size, but they must be the same size). See your email for details.
Hiking is great exercise with the added fun of being outside.
Bring the entire family. Our hike is usually about 3 easy miles over well maintained trails.
The park is normally closed, but the pack has a special permit to use the facilities. When you enter the park, ignore the park closed signs and park at visitor center parking lot. There are no flush toilets but there is a porta john.
Bring water, bug spray, and a snack.
Spring Camp Out
Our Spring Camp Out is usually in the late spring. It is a lot of fun and a great time to wrap up those last outdoor requirements and electives and enjoy the campfire program and S'mores
